Terms of Service
These terms cover any work YalaSahelha GCC delivers to a client, whether engaged through this website, WhatsApp, email, or in person. By paying our deposit you accept these terms.
1. Pricing & payment
- All prices on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are fixed unless quoted otherwise in writing.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery and your written approval.
- Monthly services (maintenance, chatbot hosting) are billed in advance every month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- VAT (where applicable) is charged in addition to the listed price.
2. Delivery & revisions
- Indicative delivery times (e.g. 7–10 days) are given in good faith and depend on prompt feedback and content delivery from your side.
- Each project includes one free revision round before final delivery. Additional revisions are quoted on top of the project price.
- On final approval and payment, full ownership of the website source code and content is transferred to you.
3. Content & client responsibilities
You confirm that any logos, photos, text or other materials you provide are either owned by you or used with permission. We are not liable for third party copyright issues caused by client supplied content.
4. Refunds & cancellations
- The 50% deposit is non refundable once work has started, as it covers planning, design time, and reserved schedule.
- If you choose to cancel mid project, you are billed for the work completed up to that point; any remainder of the deposit is forfeit.
5. Hosting, domains & third party services
Where we set up hosting (Vercel) or third party tools (e.g. WhatsApp Business API providers) on your behalf, we use those providers' own terms. Outages, downtime or policy changes on their side are outside our control. Where possible, ownership of accounts is transferred to you on delivery.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any project is capped at the amount you paid for that specific project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of business, revenue, or data) arising out of the use of any work we deliver.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the courts of Dubai.
